AGENDA

1.     Budget for GMC Service Area.  Clint will update everyone.

 

2.     Welcome new Commissioner – Diane Hermann

 

3.  Comments on our road contractors: M & M Constructors-Great work!

 

4.  Borough land disposal parcel in the GMC area.  Felix Krause will update everyone.

 

5.     Possible State funding for Moose Mtn. river culvert/T intersection.

Clint will inform folks on the details.

a.      State requires match-funding from MM residents. Any ideas?

 

6.     Recently created group by the Borough assembly called Service Area District Council.  Clint will inform folks on the details.

a.      Someone needs to be appointed to represent GMC-rsa (road service area).

 

7.     Mailboxes

a.      How many left?  Chris hands out keys for boxes (456-2341) or call Mario (455-9555) to purchase a box.

b.     Discussion whether GMC rsa should purchase a box for business purposes.

 

8.     Community bulletin board temporarily taken down. Clint will discuss.

 

9.     Other comments, issues the public wants to discuss.

Again many thanks to the Goldstream Valley Lions Club for the use of the Ken Kunkel Community Center where we are able to hold our road service meetings on a regular basis.  The rental rate of the hall is $10/hr for meetings like ours.  The GMC rsa will pay for the rental of this hall for road service meetings.
