Clint Meyer, Chair.  Commissioners:  Mario Gho, Pete Simpson, Ed Herrgard, Alfred Sturmann.  Alt Commissioner: Diane Hermann.  Vacant seat for commissioner.

 

 

1.                  Approve last meeting’s minutes.

 

2.                  Budget for GMC Service Area.  Clint will update everyone.

 

3.                  Doreen Fitzgerald’s term has expired.  Need to fill this position. Any nominees?  This is a two year term.

 

4.                  Review of road work this summer.

 

a.       Old culverts hauled away

b.      Some culverts fixed

c.       Road grading (time frame for Contractor)

d.      Road material added  

 

5.                  Brush cutting slated for next fiscal year.

 

6.                  Road signs need to be put up (Keystone, Frenchman signs missing)

 

7.                  Mailbox waiting list.  Mario and Clint will discuss process.

 

8.                  Community bulletin board reinstalled. Many thanks to Pips Veazey (& kids!), Deborah Koons and Clint Meyer for their time and efforts towards this!!  Buffer posts installed to prevent further damage to mailboxes/board.

 

9.                  Long term (5 year) Project Plan. Report from committee.

 

10.              GMC newsletter mailed out to all residents. Any input?

Again many thanks to the Goldstream Valley Lions Club for the use of the Ken Kunkel Community Center where we are able to hold our road service meetings on a regular basis. The rental rate of the hall is $10/hr for meetings like ours.  The GMC rsa will pay for the rental of this hall for road service meetings.
