1.                  Approve last meeting’s minutes.

2.                  Budget for GMC Service Area. Clint will update everyone.

3.                  Chair position terminates June 30. Any nominees?

a.       Commissioner position (Mario Gho) terminates. Need nominee.

4.                  Unfinished projects to be completed

a.       Culverts that former contractor, King Bee, destroyed need to be fixed in Spinach Creek area and Ben LaRue on east Monteverde Rd.

b.      Old culverts need to be hauled away.

1.      Community effort? Need to be completed by June12, 2005 otherwise…

2.      Present contractor will be paid to haul away old culverts

c.       Final upgrades on Keystone Road

5.                  Maintenance projects to be addressed

a.       Ditches pulled and shoulder work

b.      Brush cutting

Community effort? If so, deadline is needed, otherwise…..

Contractor will be paid to do brush cutting

c.       Culvert on Moose Mtn. road at Sweet’s driveway needs to be fixed so it dumps water into ditch, not on MM road

d.      Some tailings dumped on MM road to crown road to prevent driveway runoff onto main road

6.                  Long-term road projects

a.       Moose Creek crossing

b.      MM upgrades

c.       Others

7.                  Community bulletin board needs to be put up. Date?  Time?  Leader?

8.                  Mailboxes

a.       Thefts

b.      Posts planted for buffer zone to prevent cars running into mailbox frames

1.      Date/time/leader is needed to dig holes and plant posts

9.                  Working meeting to discuss and plan Long Term Five Year Project Plan

a.       Early August.  Commissioners will be contacted ahead of time.

Again many thanks to the Goldstream Valley Lions Club for the use of the Ken Kunkel Community Center where we are able to hold our road service meetings on a regular basis.  The rental rate of the hall is $10/hr for meetings like ours.  The GMC rsa will pay for the rental of this hall for road service meetings.
