1.     Budget for Spinach Creek Road Service

 

2.     Adding Road Commissioners to Spinach Creek Road Service area.

a.      Adding an additional 2 Commissioners for a total of 6

(for Moose Mtn subdivision: Ed Herrigard.  For Spinach Cr. Subdivision: Doreen Fitzgerald)

b.     Vote needs to be done to add above-mentioned names

c.     Letter needs to be sent into Rural Services

 

3.     Name change of road service area to: Goldstream Moose Creek Road Service

a.  Vote is needed 

 

4.     Road upgrades next summer

a.      Frenchman Rd., Hardluck Dr., and Keystone Rd. to have major upgrading done

 

5.     Projects undertaken this past year

a.      Road grading, dozer work, rock placement, machine clearing, plowing/sanding

 

6.     Vehicle count on Moose Mtn. road and Spinach Cr. Road

7.     Monies received from Roger Evans from FNSB agreement

a.      Amount received

b.     What will be done with money

c.     What account money will go into

 

8.     New mail boxes for Moose Mtn/Spinach Cr pullout

a.      Money needs to be collected to purchase vandal-proof boxes (approx. $1,600.)

b.     Volunteer needed to collect money, anyone willing?

c.     Deadline of March 15, 2004 set for all money to be collected so mailboxes can be ordered and mailed to Fairbanks in time for spring

d.     Money is also needed for small concrete footing for mailboxes. What account?

e.      Money is needed for materials for wooden posts/stands for other mailboxes (individual, free-standing mailboxes).  What account? Volunteer to build it is needed.
