1. Budget for GMC (Goldstream Moose Creek) Service Area to date. Clint will update us.

2. Jim, Pete, and Ed’s terms are expired end of June.

a. Discussion. Need new commissioners for replacement.

3. Secretarial services for GMC meetings. Forget Me Not secretarial services business owner, Joan O’Leary is present.

4. Mailboxes

a. Number of folks signed up for cluster boxes

b. Cost of 2 cluster boxes

c. Approximate date of installing cluster boxes and building rural mailbox stand.

5. Road projects for summer 2004

a. Commissioners all got together with Rural Svcs, P.E., Trent Mackey in April to evaluate road projects for this summer.

b. Frenchman, Hardluck, and Keystone roads will be getting attention.

c. Ditch work will be done throughout GMC area.

d. Moose Mtn. roads will have necessary minor maintenance.

e. Driveway drainage issues

f. A vote is needed for approval of above summer projects.

6. A vote is needed to move monies from the MM Neighborhood account to the GMC general account.

Thanks to the Goldstream Valley Lions Club for the use of the Ken Kunkel Community Center, where we are able to hold our road service meetings on a regular basis. The rental rate of the hall is $10/hr for meetings like ours. The GMC road service area will pay for the rental of this hall for road service meetings.
